INTRODUCTION
Our in-depth practical guides provide information concerning all aspects of life affected by a diagnosis of celiac disease or gluten sensitivity for people with a diagnosis, families and friends. For an overview of subjects, and to find a specific subject or subjects, scroll through the Contents List.
Since there are no clinical trials we know of other than with respect to the medical information, our guides reflect current best practices in the United States. We also include tips from people in the gluten-free community, including professionals, family and friends.
Consider checking back every now and again for new information, or to perhaps add a tip or experience of your own. All tips etc. are vetted prior to posting.
Please allow me to take this opportunity to give special thanks to two people who were critical to the creation of these guides: Jessica Hanson, celiac disease advocate, and to a well-respected gastroenterologist who reviewed our medical content but is not permitted to allow us to publish his/her/their name due to prior obligations.
Please note: Our content is meant for educational purposes only and is not intended to replace or substitute for personalized medical guidance from your health care provider and/or registered dietitian.
Respectfully yours,
David S. Landay, Esq.
